The owner of this web site is MadBad Ltd. trading as Parasol Peccadillo ("Parasol Peccadillo"), whose address is 3.4 Hoxton Works, 128 Hoxton Street, London N1 6SH. These conditions ("Conditions") set out the agreement and terms of use between you and Parasol Peccadillo. By using and/or placing an order on this web site ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these conditions:

1. You must be eighteen years or older to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use the site in conjunction with, and under the supervision and permissionof, a parent or guardian.
2. You must not use this Site in any way that will cause, or is likely to cause, the Site or access to it to be disrupted, interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.
3. If you use this Site, it is your responsibility to keep your account and password confidential. You are responsible for all actions taken under that username and password. All personal details must be correct, complete and kept up-to-date by you. In the instance that the confidentiality of your password is compromised, you must change it or notify us immediately.
4. The credit or debit cards you use on this Site must be your own, and there must be sufficient funds or credit to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
5. Your contract for purchases made through this Site is with Parasol Peccadillo, and any and all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only, unless express permission is given otherwise.
6. When you purchase a product from Parasol Peccadillo, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and payment, the details of your order and confirmation that payment has been received in full for all the items you have ordered. This confirmation email amounts to an acceptance by Parasol Peccadillo of your offer to buy goods from Parasol Peccadillo. Telephone orders will be bound by the same terms as online orders. In the absence of an email address for the user purchasing the goods, confirmation will be given orally.
7. You must check that the details on this confirmatory email are correct as soon as possible, and you should print out and keep a copy of it for your records.
8. Parasol Peccadillo will not pass your details onto any third party in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by sending an email of cancellation to payments@pprfilm.com with your name, address and order reference number. If your order has already been dispatched, you must also send an email as indicated above, then return the unopened package (or goods in their original, unopened condition, with all seals and shrink wrap intact) within 14 days of having received it, to Parasol Peccadillo, 3.4 Hoxton Works, 128 Hoxton Street, London N1 6SH. Parasol Peccadillo will refund you the purchase price of the goods, less 4.5% of the total amount paid to cover merchant costs. Refunds will appear on your account within 30 days of receipt of the goods (or within 30 days of cancellation if goods have not been dispatched), provided they are received by Parasol Peccadillo in the condition they were in when delivered to you. You will be liable for any postage and/or packing costs incurred in returning the goods to Parasol Peccadillo. As you are responsible for the goods until they reach us, we strongly advise you use a secure delivery method such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
10. Parasol Peccadillo reserves the right to refuse to accept such goods at its sole discretion. Your statutory rights are not affected.
11. If goods purchased from Parasol Peccadillo are found to be faulty, they may be returned to Parasol Peccadillo for an exchange. The exchange will be another copy of the same product originally sent to the purchaser. If the exchange also proves to be faulty, the purchaser will be offered the option of a similar product of the same or lower value, or a full refund.
12. Credit and debit cards are debited on the day of purchase (this includes pre-orders). All payments for goods on Parasol Peccadillo are processed securely by WorldPay under agreement between WorldPay and Parasol Peccadillo.
13. Parasol Peccadillo aims to pack and dispatch items in stock within 24 hours, and deliver your goods within 7 working days from the date your order is processed. All orders are sent by Royal Mail. Items may be delayed if the item is not in stock. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. If items are unattainable, you will be informed by email (or telephone if a telephone order) and offered an alternative title or a full refund.
14. Print-on-demand books purchased on the site are subject to a 7-day printing time. Parasol Peccadillo aims to despatch these items within 7 working days of receipt from the printing office.
15. The release dates for items on pre-order are subject to change. Notice of any changes to release dates will be posted on the Site as soon as they have been confirmed.
16. You can keep track of the status of your orders on the "My Account" page. Our returns policy applies to all purchases from Parasol Peccadillo, as described in points 8, 9 and 10 above.
17. The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you at the time of ordering and as stated in the order confirmation email or telephone confirmation. Please note that goods may be sent in instalments or separate packages.
18. When ordering from Parasol Peccadillo from outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Your privacy is important to us, so please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities and are beyond our control. Any damage caused to goods by such inspection or handling shall not render Parasol Peccadillo liable for such goods or the damage caused to them.
19. We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, terrorism, governmental actions and any other similar events.
20. No waiver by us of any breach of these Conditions shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same of any other provision.
21. You may not permit, create unauthorised framing of, or deep linking to, the Site or the creation of derivative works thereof from any other website under your management or control.
22. In these Conditions, "Intellectual Property Rights" covers patents, copyright, databases, designs (registered and unregistered), trademarks (registered and unregistered), and other similar rights, together with the right to apply for the protection of any such rights. All Intellectual Property Rights in this Site shall be absolutely owned by Parasol Peccadillo.
23. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This does not affect your statutory rights.
24. Parasol Peccadillo, together with its payments processor WorldPay, electronically tracks all transactions made on the Site. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order, or using a false name, invalid or stolen credit card to place an order, will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We have friends in Guantanamo Bay.
25. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you if:
    1. You fail to make any payment to us when due;
    2. You breach the terms of this Agreement;
    3. When requested to do so, you fail to provide us within a reasonable time with sufficient information to enable us to determine the accuracy and validity of any information supplied to us by you, or your identity;
    4. We suspect you have engaged, or are about to engage, or have in any way been involved, in fraudulent or illegal activity on the Site.
26. These Conditions are subject to change, and such changes shall become effective immediately upon posting to this Site. By using, and continuing to use this site, you agree to accept the Terms of the Conditions and any such changes to it that may be effected from time to time.
27. These Conditions supersede any and all other conditions, understandings, commitments, agreements or representations (except fraudulent misrepresentations) relating to your purchase, whether oral or in writing, and contain the entire agreement between Parasol Peccadillo and you relating to your purchase. You are advised to read and are responsible for reading fully all information on this web site.
28. If any provision of these Conditions shall be held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining parts of these Conditions and the remainder of the affected provision shall be unaffected.
29. If you breach these Conditions and no action is taken by us against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach any part of these Conditions.
30. These Conditions are subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.
