Refund Policy

Orders to UK addresses are sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce and we aim to pack and despatch within 24 hrs and deliver your goods within 7 working days from the date your order is processed.

Postage and Packing charges are automatically added to your order as detailed on the order form prior to reaching the secure payment section.

If there is a delay in despatching your order, you will be notified accordingly and you may cancel your order for a full refund. If you cancel your order and goods have already been despatched, these must be returned to us in an unused condition for a refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We are proud of our speed and quality of service and do everything in our power not to let you down.

Unwanted items must be unused/unopened and in the original packaging (shrink wrap unopened) and packed in secure packaging and must reach us within 30 days of receipt. As you are responsible for the items until they reach us, we strongly suggest you use a secure delivery method such as Recorded Delivery.

If any item is faulty, or we have sent the wrong item, please contact us on the telephone numbers above or by email. Please note that out of office hours and during public holidays there will be an ansaphone facility to leave messages. In all cases, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the post office in case your parcel is delayed or lost in the post.

Once we receive the goods in the original condition, the exchange or refund will be actioned.
